Description

This out-of-the-box and delicious recipe comes from Swiss Diamond's Ambassador Chef, Chef Luca Ciano! Please check out all of his wonderful recipes on his website here! INGREDIENTS 2 bunch Asparagus, firm and washed2/3 cup Speck or pancetta, thinly sliced1 cup Stracciatella6 tbs €˜Chef Luca Ciano Rosemary + Garlic, Balsamic Reduction dressing or (whisk together 100ml extra virgin olive oil, 1 garlic clove finely chopped, 1 rosemary sprig finely chopped, 4tsp good quality balsamic)Salt & Pepper DIRECTIONS Heat XD Grill Pan, wait til it reaches medium-high heat. Add asparagus and cook for 2 minutes, then add speck and rosemary. Cook for another 2min and add seasoning. Remove all ingredients from the grill and transfer into a large bowl, then add rosemary Garlic, and Balsamic reduction dressing Place Stracciatella cheese on a plate/platter, add asparagus, speck, and some more rosemary on top, and garnish with more dressing BUON APPETITO!
