Description

Yum! This dip is the perfect comfort food whether you're having guests over, or just a cosy night in! Easily make this on our HD Double Burner Griddle or a Sheet Pan. INGREDIENTS 1 cob loaf or circular loaf of bread 420 g cream-style canned corn 6 bacon rashers finely chopped 1 1/2 cup cheese grated (your choice) 4 spring onion finely chopped 1 tsp chicken seasoning or italian seasoning 1 tsp boiling water (to mix seasoning in) DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 180C. Hollow out cob loaf. Set the hollow pieces of bread aside. Set aside ½ cup cheese. Dissolve chicken seasoning in boiling water. Combine remaining ingredients and place into an empty cob loaf. Top with remaining cheese. Place on a double burner griddle and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and place broken pieces of bread around the cob on the tray. (This is for dipping!) Place back into the oven to toast bread, approximately 5 minutes.
