Warranty Information for Swiss Diamond Cookware

Swiss Diamond are committed to providing you with high-quality products, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our cookware lines.
Please carefully review the below warranty information, requirements, and warranty exclusions.

If you have purchased a Swiss Diamond product from a retailer, please contact the retailer, as your first point of call.

 

To file a Swiss Diamond warranty claim, please contact Swiss Diamond by emailing:    support@mail.swissdiamond.ladesk.com
Please include the following details and images/photos in the email:

  • Your full name, address, and contact phone number
  • The Place of Purchase
  • Approximate age of the product
  • Internal Dimensions in centimetres (diameter/width and depth)
  • A Brief description of the issue
  • Five (5) Clear High-Res Images of the product attached to the email:
  • Entire top view image including the handle area - no lid or food
  • Entire base/underside image (where “Swiss Diamond” is branded), including the handle area
  • Side profile image
  • Close up image of the affected area    
  • An image or scan of your purchase receipt

 

Swiss Diamond will, at its discretion, repair or replace any item found to have a manufacturing defect.
If the defective item is no longer available, a substitute of similar function and value will be provided.  This warranty does not constitute a money-back guarantee.

In the event of a return for repair or replacement, the cookware or item must be sent to the Melbourne, Australia office, at the expense of the owner.  
Swiss Diamond Australia will pay for returning the cookware or item.
Swiss Diamond Australia will not post or deliver outside of Australia.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • If the Use and Care instructions published in our literature have not been followed.
  • Damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, and alterations.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Exposure to overheating or burning. This includes damage caused by fire, gas flame and Oven Grill Element exposure.
  • Stains, discolouration, water marks, food odour.
  • Scratch marks, gouges, abrasions, or dents.
  • If the product has been used for any purpose other than normal domestic household use. Commercial use will void the warranty.
  • Exposure to aggressive, corrosive, or abrasive substances, detergents, cleaning agents and harsh cleaning processes.
  • Failure to properly clean, maintain or use the product according to the Swiss Diamond Use and Care instructions.
  • Failure to clean and maintain any non-stick surface.
  • Damage to the non-stick coating due to carbonisation buildup, misuse, neglect, or accident will not be covered.
  • Glass Lids, lid knobs and handles are not covered under the warranty

 

Please refer to the below extract from the Limited Lifetime Warranty booklet that was supplied with the Swiss Diamond product.

 

This warranty does not apply if the Use and Care instructions published in our literature have not been followed.  
This warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, alterations, or commercial use.  
This warranty does not cover stains, discolouration, food odour, scratch marks, abrasions, or dents.  
Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded by this warranty.

When properly maintained and cleaned, your Swiss Diamond cookware will provide a lifetime of unsurpassed non-stick performance and easy clean and convenience.  
Always be sure to follow the Use and Care instructions.  Failure to follow these guidelines will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

 

Swiss Diamond®️ Non-Stick Classic and Induction Lines (XD and HD Non-stick Coating)
Swiss Diamond warrants that your cookware is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
This warranty covers the Classic and Induction lines with XD and HD Non-stick coating, excluding glass lids, lid knobs and handles.


Premium Steel by Swiss Diamond®️ Line of Cookware
Swiss Diamond warrants that your cookware is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
Premium Steel by Swiss Diamond is warrantied for the lifetime of the product, excluding glass lids, lid knobs and handles.
