The Swiss Diamond 18 cm heat-tempered glass lid provides convenience and durability. Clear glass construction allows the chef to monitor food without lifting the cover, and the adjustable steam vent releases or contains moisture as needed. It is designed for the Swiss Diamond Fry Pan and Saucepan - but it can be used as a universal cover for any 18cm cookware. A stainless steel rim produces a secure fit, and the Swiss cross logo on the handle provides a touch of elegant color. Oven-safe to 260 C (500 F) - do not expose to rapid temperature changes, especially when immersing a hot lid into water. Swiss Diamond lids feature clear glass construction allowing chefs to monitor food without even removing the lid.
